I don't know why I am feeling so down. I just am. I can't even explain the way I am feeling. It's just sadness. In the pit of my stomach. A constant feeling of wanting.. needing to throw up. I just need some prayers.
This is all the energy I have today.
Tomorrow my mom goes in to get the results of her blood tests. It doesn't sound good. Please just wrap my family in your prayers. We all need them today.

What you are feeling just happens sometimes. Everything in life is a matter of balance. We have to have rain if we ever want to enjoy the sunshine. Emotions are the same way. We have to go through sadness to be able to feel and enjoy happiness. I welcome my lows because they make the highs that much more intense.
