Day 6 of Spotlight Thursday week! (and its actually on Thursday!) Today I am featuring the first GUY, EVER on a Spotlight Thursday! How exciting! I found his blog when he commented on my "Is Gay the New Black?" post, and fell in love with his blog. Not because its an easy read, but because it really challenges me and what I think! I love that he puts his thoughts out there, and doesn't care what anyone else things.
He is also a total hunk! Which doesn't hurt either!
So without further ado..

Tell me about your blog: It’s a blended verbal tapestry of current events, social topics and the like. I’m an unabashed California liberal and feel that I can articulate my reasoning and thought process rather convincingly. I’m also trying to start blogging about sports a bit.
What kind of blogs do you like to read?: Honestly, I like everything. If people are writing it, I want to read it. I’m just ecstatic that in the age of Internet media, people take the time to write out their thoughts, their experiences and their daily activities in order to share with the community as a whole.
Why did you start your blog?: 2008, though, I haven’t been great about updating regularly until recently.
What’s your favorite part so far about blogging?: I just love to write and I am highly opinionated. This provides a nice little combination of the 2. I might eventually post links to music I write as well too, who knows?

If you could meet anyone in the world (present or past) for dinner, who would you meet, and where/what would you eat? : Franklin Delano Roosevelt at In-N-Out. I’m sure FDR would have enjoyed a Double-Double had they existed in his time. I’d love to pick the brain of the greatest president in American history. Runner-up goes to Jesus at the Cheesecake Factory…good band name, by the way.
If you had to play a character in a book or movie which would you chose?: I’d play Aladdin in an erotic re-imagining of “Arabian Nights”.

I would walk 500 miles for The Proclaimers. And then I would walk 500 more…da da da da.

Awww I guess you can have him as your blog boyfriend. I dont mind sharing with girls as long as they are 1) sweet 2) awesome and 3) pretty. You fit all 3!!
