When I moved in the walls were already green.
I'm not going to complain much, I live here for free..
BUT I am looking forward to my brother moving back home, because we are doing a deep clean/paint job/face lift when he gets here!
I'm thinking of changing rooms, and colors.
I love my room, but I think I want something light and airy.
I think I'll be moving the paintings and the chase back to the living room...
What do you think?
Any ideas?

ReplyDeleteLOVE the color. I think every house/apt, etc should have 1 room that's super colorful. Our current bathroom's a happy green color too & the living room in my old apt was Opera House Red.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing from the brick walls & the high window that the room is off the basement though, right? Maybe something sunny & mellow? I love the colors in the pictures. How about painting the walls a nice butter-cream-yellow to make the paintings pop? It'd go with the chocolate accents in the room too (the chair, your bedding - you could restain the sidetable to a darker color too). Ok, I could go on forever, I'll stop. LOL :)
I think it is bright and cheery....really like the green myself; it makes it bright.

go gray! I LOVE the color Gray, it's safe, it's calm, its light (if you do a lightish gray) its versital, its goes with almost everything!! etc. etc. I'm always up for changing I say paint for sure! ( I love greens, but my vote is gray)!

ReplyDeleteI have a similar color in my kitchen and love it! I think your room is cute! But i'm not sure i would want such a bright color for my bedroom - just sayin usually soothing colors are better for sleeping! ;o)
