So I am pretty much mastering level 1 of the 30 day shred. (don't hate.)
That being said...
After this morning session, I decided to check out level 2. How bad can it be? eh?
*shrill scream here!*
My mouth is agape as we speak. Level 2? More like level 22. I don't know if my body can move like this. In fact I threw up after my first session of level 1. I am going to pass out during the first session of level 2!!!
Ohhh brother, ya'll might be getting a video a little sooner then I thought!

I am so interested in the shred! YOU CAN DO IT, MIND OVER MATTER! YOU WILL KICK BUT... your body will get used to it, and you will be a pro.
